Welcome to British Forces Foundation
. .

.

.

The British Forces Foundation is a registered charity established by Jim Davidson in 1999 to promote the morale and welfare of the serving Armed Forces. Supporting the Foundation is our way of saying thank you and how proud we are of our servicemen and women often serving for extended periods a long way from home and family, doing their bit in dangerous circumstances for our country.

Our Vision-

The British Forces Foundation aims to promote the efficiency of our Armed Forces through charitable means by promoting the wellbeing and esprit de corps of all service personnel.
With ever-increasing commitments overseas our Soldiers, Sailors and Airmen can expect to spend even longer periods away from their homes and families, thus, maintaining their morale becomes all the more important. The Foundation, with a unique fusion of showbusiness, military and senior diplomatic figures, aims to raise substantial funding to encourage top class performers to go around the world entertaining the troops, as well as supporting existing organisations involved in providing entertainment and recreational facilities to the Forces.

Programmes and Activities-

"The Highland Golf Challenge" 24-25 May 2001. Golf at Gleneagles; 2 nights at the Balmoral Hotel, Edinburgh; Reception at Edinburgh Castle; Gala Dinner on the Royal Yacht Britannia.

2001 Jaguar Raffle. Top prize is a brand new Jaguar, Tickets are £1 each and the draw is on 26th July 2001.
